ELIJAH WOOD TURNS BACK ON BIG BUCKS MOVIES
LORD OF THE RINGS star ELIJAH WOOD has vowed never again to make a movie on such a huge scale as the adaption of JRR TOLKIEN's trilogy.

Wood spent over a year in New Zealand recording the fantasy series - and although he says it's been the most amazing experience of his life, he's decided big budget movies aren't for him.

The 20-year-old actor explains, "I look for things that are different and I think I won't be looking for anything as massive, of this scale, ever again."

I like movies that emphasize characters, and the sorts of characters you get to pay in those movies."
