He becomes best friends with an inteligent dolphin who he names Flipper.
Every day Sandy spends hours playing with Flipper in the sea.
Then one day, they let Flipper gos and then find out that a bad guy has put poison in the ocean and the fish get weak.
So they go out to rescue Flipper and Sandy gets in his own little boat without telling anybody to search on his own.
But then the boat gets attacked by a mean hammerhead shark and it chases Sandy.
He swims to his uncles boat and they catch the baddy.
Sandy goes home at the end of summer on a boat and watches Flipper diving in the sea.
It's a brilliant story!!
