I get a lot of messages, and half of them I've answered several times. So, here
are them. Please read before submiting a question, I won't answer if it's
already here, or I'll be either rude or sarcastic.
Are you/Do you know/can you contact Elijah?
Nope nope and nope. I have no contact/affiliation with Elijah whatsoever I'm just your average fan. I only have his mailing address, which you can get
here.
Is Elijah gay/bissexual?
First off, alot of people ask this question and it annoys the heck out of me. No, as far as I know he isn't gay.
Actually I couldn't care less. It's his private life. Who cares? Mind your
own life. Besides, every big male movie star is accused of
this, and I consider is a sign of popularity. Sad huh?
Ian McKellen, who plays Gandalf on Lord of the Rings, has assured that Elijah
isn't gay. Who am I to contradict Sir Ian McKellen?
Why don't you get news as fast as other sites?
We get news, but we don't post all of it. We at elijahfan.com do NOT encourage
Elijah-obsession, so we don't post his every appearance, where he'll be at what time... we'd like to help Elijah protect his privacy and so we just post "big news" :)
I try my best to keep the site as up-to-date as possible. I will update as
many as 5, 6 times a day if necessary.... or somedays I won't update anything
if there are no news.
Can I take your pictures/content etc and use them on my
site?
Well, to an extent. You can feel free to take some pictures, but if you steal
our
layouts/lots of content we will take action... eg, getting your site shut
down.
If you wish to take pictures and use on layouts, all I ask is credit. If
you're making a website and wants to use them on your gallery, check about
the Shared Gallery
Project.
What made you want to make this site?
I love Elijah! I think he is a very talented actor who deserved a site which
won't be publishing stuff about his personal life everytime he sneezes.
How do you save the Quicktime clips, I've tryed to save as a quick time
movie, but cant click on it, what do I do? What about AVI, MPG and WMV
Videos?
I know that quicktime clips often just load straight into your browser, so if you want to save it to your
computer, just right click on the file and put 'save target as' then it should download to your
computer.
As for the other videos, ALWAYS choose "Save As..." or "Save Destination As..."
to save them to your computer!
Will you make me a site?
I rarely ever do that for free, sorry, I don't have the time... but we can discuss a fee. E-mail
me.
Why are you mean sometimes?
Sometimes I am sarcastic, but only when I get a stupid message from someone
thinking I'm Elijah, or asking something that is already answered here.
